On Sep 2nd, please finish your breakfast and check out from the hotel by 8:30 and gather at the hotel lobby. Organizers will take you to the Toyama International Conference Center . You can leave your suitcase at the Daiwa Roynet hotel ( organizers will put them on the bus during your lunch break). Registration opens at 9:00 and the symposium will start at 9:30. After the symposium, we will have a lunch buffet at the restaurant in the Toyama Dai-ichi hotel . You can get there by 10min walk. Then the bus will arrive at the hotel with your luggage. We will visit Toyama Municipal Folkcraft Village then head to the hackathon venue INTEC Ooyama Kensyu Center . After taking a dinner, we will take you to the Owara Kaze no Bon festival by bus. We will back to the INTEC by 22:30. Note that, the festival will be so crowded, please keep your eyes on your group members not to be lost. If you get lost, please see the backside of your name card in which we put some instructions to get help. I hope you enjoy the busy day.
